We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. The shipping methods available at checkout depend on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, weather, and unforeseen delays.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days (for urgent orders)
Please note that all orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. You will be able to view the total shipping cost before confirming your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within the continental U.S.). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.
3. Order Processing
Once you place an order, we will process it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States, but certain carriers may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. Please be sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays.
5. International Shipping
Currently, CHICCITE only ships to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back for updates regarding international availability in the future.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, certain factors may lead to delays, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Holidays
- Shipping carrier delays
- International customs processing (if applicable)
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping details, including your street address, city, state, and zip code. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
