1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Have all original tags still attached
  • Be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Customized or personalized products

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and returning the original item for a refund. This helps ensure the availability of your preferred size or style.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@chiccite.com or call (614) 871-2555. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Personal care products

7. International Orders

Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guides and product details before placing an order.
